I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER; DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country of import. The countries that require such things will be calculated at the time of purchase.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?
You will receive a separate email with tracking number once your order ships. Our processing and delivery is approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase within the continental United States (business days do not include weekends). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MISSING WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?
Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to: customs, natural occurrences, air/transportation issues, delays or transfer discrepancies. 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
We accept unused items purchased exclusively from kambakids.com that are received by us within 14 days of your order date for exchange. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx.
