For customers within the continental United States, Kambia Kids® can provide a free UPS return shipping label. Our items are made with the highest quality of material, with attention to detail, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, send it back! We accept unused items purchased exclusively from kambakids.com that are received by us within 14 days of your order date for exchange. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number. We kindly ask that you send us the tracking number, note the order error or specific defects, and pre-alert of your return for exchange.

For any additional questions or comments, contact us directly with your order number, garment received, and message regarding the garment.

For customers outside the continental United States, (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Australia), you must return the item(s) back to us at your own cost as we cannot provide a free shipping label. All item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of your order date. We apologize for any inconvenience.
